Specific objectives:

• Motivating women and youth to be more active in local governance, either by running for office or by pushing candidates to include women’s and youth issues in their electoral platforms.
• Raising awareness among women and youth about Local Administration Law 107, so that they can become more involved in the local development process by taking advantage of the spaces provided by the law.
• Explaining the importance of community participation in the planning process to invest resources in developing the administrative unit, implementation, and practicing control, follow-up, and evaluation.
