Yesterday evening, Wednesday, we had a new evening of the monthly periodic activity “Photo Stories”. 
The evening, which revolved around a photo taken in April 1954 during the popular celebrations of Independence Day, was attended by friends: Salwa Zakzak, Laila Halabi, and Marwa Melhem, with imaginary stories, while friend Mufid Karbaj participated with a story that documented the event in terms of time, place, and people, as well as documenting the celebratory flag raised in the photo, which was raised by the people of Jaramana for the first time in 1937, while receiving the commander-in-chief of the Great Syrian Revolution and his comrades returning from their exile in Wadi al-Sirhan.
