Syrian National Priorities:
            Constitutional Declaration and Transitional Phase
            
          
         
                
                    The first public dialogue sessions in the new Syria were called for by the Nation Building Movement, for Syrian men and women to participate, in four Syrian provinces: Damascus, Tartous, Homs, and Sweida, and to discuss "Syrian national priorities: the constitutional declaration and the transitional phase." Therefore, yesterday, December 18, the Syrian Wednesday, in its first session after the fall of the Assad regime, was a Syrian dialogue space between Syrian cities and free from geography and restrictions.
                    
                  
 
                
                    
                      More than 250 Syrian men and women participated in the sessions and discussed their vision for the transitional phase, challenges, opportunities and priorities. They discussed their fears and aspirations about the new constitution and spoke about the role of the essential political forces and civil society in the transitional phase to protect Syria’s diversity, the country’s identity, its civil peace and its democratic transition.
                    
                    
                  
 
                And the necessity of working responsibly in the next phase and taking the initiative to create change. In addition to the priority of establishing security, returning the internal security forces, protecting freedom of the media, liberating unions and chambers of industry and commerce, and returning them to influence to ensure the economic wheel is turned around in partnership with them and the private sector.
