Specific objectives:    

• Raising community awareness about the concept of citizenship and the importance of participating in elections

• Highlighting Law 107 and the developmental tasks of local councils and their reflection on the reality of administrative units

• Benefiting from the experiences of representatives within local councils to focus on the importance of women’s participation in the electoral process

Initiative Description:

Awareness sessions on the concepts of local administration, local development, citizenship, and the laws regulating them, and the role of different segments of society in the development process, in cooperation with the Local Council of Qara City, Qara Charity Association, and Qara Development Team.
