On November 26, the “Ghosn Program” hosted the “Eat the Bread, Enkidu” event at the Nation Building Movement Salon.

Chef "Suleiman Awkan" prepared the "Sikbaj" meal, with a detailed explanation of its Syrian Aramaic history, explaining that the word "Sik" means vinegar, and "Baj" means meat, reviewing the history of some other historical dishes, and the documents that support their antiquity and their lineage to the Levant. Then he answered the audience's questions about the ancient Syrian cuisine, reviewing the most important names of the orientalists who researched it, in a warm family atmosphere, everyone ate the food fresh, with pleasure and healing.
