Youth and local administration

Specific objectives:    

• Raising awareness among youth about local elections as a form of community participation.

• Raising awareness of the importance and role of local councils.

• Finding pathways for active youth participation.
• Fill the gap between the typical administrative unit councils and the aspirations of the youth as much as possible.

Initiative Description:

The training aimed to focus on the importance of the role of youth in building post-war Syria and the necessity of investing in young energies at all levels to play their role as active players in the development process, planning and implementation, and the importance of integrating them into decision-making circles and being close to them.
