Together in the same kitchen 2018

Deir Ezzor and Sweida  met​ , each with its own different flavor and the antiquity and culture of its cuisine, which we learned about through the hands of two ladies who prepared their distinctive and authentic mixtures for us, to transport us, thankfully, to their city through the Deir Ezzor "okra" stews that Mrs. (Majda Kaddo) introduced us to, and the Sweida "sticks" with Mrs. (Malka Hanidi). Our meeting will be renewed (Together in the same kitchen) again with new Syrian dishes that satisfy our curiosity to learn about them.
